You'd have to create a desktop rule with the actions "Move to desktop 2" and "Copy to desktop 3".

Using 1.6 beta
I like the idea of the 'Assign Applications' feature, but it's limited to either a choice of 1 or all. What if I wanted to assign a particular application to desktops 2 & 3, but not 1 & 2?

I tried to pick a second instance of Google Chrome (as an example), using the Add... button, but Assign Applications only allows one instance.
