Skype and Trillian windows doesn't move

Hello,
I've set rules to move any Skype.exe and Trillian.exe windows to Desktop 1 (without follow).
Desktop 2 is configured to NOT to show icons, taskbar, ...
When I'm in Desktop 2 and a Skype message arrives, I don't see it in Desktop 2 (good), but it is also not in Desktop 1 (not good). What I found out is that it is minimized in Desktop 2, but since there is no taskbar I don't see that I got a message.
Any suggestions?
