that's set to instantaneous at the moment.

Is there a way to set a delay in OPENING the DP? It always opens by accident when the mouse gets close.. Thanks!

I second this request. I would add:

4 - Provide adjustable delay between the time the mouse moves away from the open Desktop Preview and the time it closes/retracts. Right now, it's around 1/2 second or so. I would prefer to adjust this to a much shorter time.

Now that I have been playing around more intensively with the Desktop Preview I would like to suggest adding the following features for an even better user experience:

1. - To prevent accidental change of the DP size:
Option to lock the size of the Desktop Preview in the component behavior settings (and ability to toggle this on/off in the right-click menu of the DP itself).

2. - To prevent accidental change of the DP position:
Optionally lock the position of the Desktop Preview in the component behavior settings (and ability to toggle this on/off in the right-click menu of the DP itself).

3. - To prevent unwanted /manic unhiding of the DP, in case the DP is docked near frequently used menu-bars, buttons, etcetera:
Option to set a custom delay time in milliseconds for the Desktop Preview in the component behavior settings. This will give the user enough time to retract the mousecursor from the activation zone without accidentally triggering the unhiding.
