Settings / Components / Desktop Manager / Options / [check] Start with Dexpot . . . By default, you can drag this around, it's not fixed in the lower right . . . Move it up 3" . . . Keep it un-checked, though, I don't need to see it . . . Access the other Desktops by right-clicking the icon in ...

Why does it do this?
I have 3 Desktops, and #1 is set for the initial Desktop.
If I was on #2, and do a Restart, the Desktop background color is ok upon Startup, but the "last seen" icons of Desktop #2 are shown, until the program has fully loaded (annoyance)

I had to figure this out. Why does it do this?
Right-click Desktop / Personalize / Themes - Save your Theme, and delete un-saved "Themes," otherwise, Dexpot might show a previously used, de-selected Background color, momentarily, upon Startup (annoyance).
