Something wrong in Desktop rules, Please Help!

I am using Dexpot 1.4 build 472, and I created a rule with a condition which is "windows title is" the value is a window title in Chinese, and the rule works great before I close Dexpot. When I start Dexpot next time, the condition value is blank, that is to say Dexpot can't save Chinese window's name in desktop rule(even can't save in rule files), and I tested when I use window's name in English, Dexpot can save it.
Dexpot is a very great VD software, I hope the Dexpot team can fix this problem, because I can't find any other softwares can take place Dexpot. Thanks.
