Multiple mouses

Hello,
I just downloaded dexpot and my goal is to run multiple python (pyautogui) scripts in each window. PyAutoGUI is a program for automating your mouse and keyboard. When I run the script in each window it uses the same mouse. Any suggestion how I can have one mouse each window?
