Desktop Preview AutoHide change/bug/fix?

When using the "Desktop Preview" feature. It has the ability to autohide. I have found 2 problems with the autohide.

For the below the Desktop Preview is running in Icon mode.

If I have it authide from the right side of my screen. And my resolution is in 1024x768 on all my screens. I have one screen that is in 1280x1024 rez. When I switch to the 1280x1024 and then back to the 1024x768 desktop, the "Desktop Preview" hides into the middle of the screen. The only way to fix it is to exit and rerun Dexpot.

If I have my taskbar at the bottom and put the "Desktop Preview" at the top it autohides into the top just fine. But if I put my taskbar at the top and autonide into the bottom it sticks way out and only partially hides. I like many other techs do not understand or believe in the drop "UP" menu. So we put the bar at the top. (:
