icons and icon titles overlap

Just started using Dexpot. seems really good so far. Only, It seems to arrange icons and their titles in such a way as to make only the leftmost column accessible (clickable) and the rest all blur into each other. I am aware that i can set icon profiles, but is this a default tendency that will occur with all new icon and file additions, or can something be done about it ? It's the titles/names of the icons. Instead of being underneath, as in Vista, they link up to, sometimes over, the next icon. Actually, whilst writing this, i just discovered a partial solution. Wherever you put the arrow, it highlights a line of four icons. If you click on icon 4, you will get icon 1. This is fine up to the last two columns, which remain inaccessible. and neither does it solve the illegibility of overlapping titles. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
