Visual Studio 2013 Application Window does not contain Dexpo

I have a Visual Studio 2013 Application Window that used to work just fine with Dexpot as far as the ability to choose from the Dexpot Context menu what Desktop to move it to when launched.
However, this quit functioning as the Dexpot context menu never shows up anymore when right mouse-clicking on the Title area of the VS Window.
Using Dexpot 1.6.14
