Plugins won't activate

1. Please check whether an antivirus scanner is running. Disable it for a moment and see if the issue still occurs. If it doesn't, the antivirus scanner might be the cause.

2. Reinstall Dexpot (overwrite the existent version). Restart Windows afterwards.
