Windows Vista/7/8/8.1 (and server versions)
- When the "[...] has stopped working" message appears, the component has crashed
- Open your task manager
- 32-bit operating system (x86):
Right-click your taskbar, then select "Start Task Manager" - 64-bit operating system (x64):
Press Win+R to open the "Run" dialog, enter the following line and click OK:Code: Select all

- 32-bit operating system (x86):
- Change to tab 'Processes'
- Right-click the list item (e.g. dexcube.exe) and select "Create Dump file"
- Zip the dump file and email it to: info@dexpot.de (Or upload the file to a one-click hosting service and send us a link)
Windows XP/2003
- Run "Dr. Watson for Windows" from 'Start > Run...':

- Choose a suitable Crash Dump File location
- Enable 'Create Crash Dump file'
- Click 'OK'
- Let the crash happen
- Zip the dump file and email it to: info@dexpot.de (Or upload the file to a one-click hosting service and send us a link)
