Static taskbar / Only windows move during transitions

It would be great if the taskbar and desktop remained static during transitions.

I have never really used the different desktops in Dexpot, I don't need different wallpapers or icons, so I mainly use Dexpot as a way to manage my open windows. It would be ideal for me if the windows moved on their own similar to spaces on a mac - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtGYRvtB668&t=2m16s

It might not be used by everyone, but it would give a great experience!
