Advance Features in Dexpot

Hi,
Does Dexpot support different operating systems?
Could I be able to do an install on one virtual instance without impacting the other instance? For example, I want to install MS SQL on desktop1 and desktop2. Both Virtual instance should have different configuration.
Could I be able to remove desktop connect to each instance?
