Windows 10 support?

Because the forum will not let me search for "windows 10", I ask here: is Dexpot supported on Windows 10?

The last update is already over a year old, so I can imagine that the answer is "No".

Next question is than, naturally, are there any plans to support Windows 10?

I can report that Dexpot 1.6.4. build 2439 does run on Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit, but there are some annoyances:

- I want all task bar buttons always visible, but for some applications this does not work.
- Sometimes I cannot start a new Explorer window on a desktop that does not already have one. In stead, Dexpot switches me to a desktop where there is already an Explorer window
- I the full screen preview some ghost windows are visible, which do not really exist.

And maybe more.

TIA,

Bart

:dex:,

as per our website, Dexpot isn't fully compatible with Windows 10 yet. There are some issues to be addressed.

Which applications are affected exactly? Not seeing any difficulties here.

OK, that's clear.

cmd and powershell show this behaviour.

Yes, I know this. But when I want to open a new explorer window by right clicking the taskbar icon, I get this strange (to me) behaviour.

I the full screen preview some ghost windows are visible, which do not really exist.

I just finished the upgrade to Windows 10 Build 10565, and all my previous reported problems have disappeared!

Great!

Hmm... the ghost windows in the full-screen preview are back.

But that is just a minor nuisance.

Keep up the good work!
